How can I import a configuration file shared by someone else?

Open File Explorer and navigate to: Documents > .baimless > settings
Paste or drag the configuration file into this folder.

Why does my game crash when I inject?

Disable all antivirus software, firewall settings, and Windows Defender.
Make sure the game is running in Fullscreen mode.

I changed my system or reset Windows and need an HWID reset. What should I do?

Open a support ticket in our Discord server.

Required information:

Username (example: scofiolld+ (CS2, VALORANT, WZ, etc.))
HWID reset reason (please describe your reason honestly)
